Business Development Specialist

• Proactively search for and consult clients on credit rating services.
• Maintain relationships with clients and partners after being assigned and connected by direct management.
• Participate in professional events and engage with the market.
• Support the department in achieving/exceeding annual KPI targets.
• Update and report weekly work progress to the Head of Department/Direct Manager.
• Responsible for drafting service proposals, preparing contracts, creating payment request forms, and coordinating with the Accounting department to ensure timely customer payments.
• Manage client information for the department.
• Participate in preparing documents or supporting the company's client events.
• Perform other tasks related to product development as requested by the Sales Manager and the company's leadership team.

Job Requirements

• Hold a university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
• Proficient in English, with at least a Pre-Advanced level (knowledge of Japanese or Korean is an advantage).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the finance or business development industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer care and sales skills.
• Hardworking, honest, and able to work under pressure.

• Monthly income: Based on capability, negotiable. Includes a 13th-month salary.
• Annual bonus: Performance-based, project bonuses, and other incentives according to the Income Policy.
