• As the Business Development leader, you will be responsible for promoting new Fintech services to Vietnamese e-commerce businesses.
• Be responsible for selecting target companies, taking action to generate leads, field sales, and implementation.
• Lead not only field sales but also partnerships with E-Commerce enablers to generate leads.
• Be responsible for recruiting, forming a sales team, and training members.
• Plan to improve our services based on market feedback.

• Having at least 4 years of B2B sales experience within at least 2 years of experience managing the team-size is from 3 members.
• Experience with any of the following: software, SaaS, fintech, and payment products
• Business level English or Japanese
• Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling
• Project management skills

+ Ability to document and explain logically

+ Ability to create plans, manage schedules, and excel in execution

• Personality: Customer-oriented, Respectful of colleagues

Nice to have

• Experience in product improvement
• Having experience in planning product improvements based on market feedback.
• Experience working with engineers and other teams to improve products

• Bonus: Twice a year (Approximately a total of 1.5 months, increased due to personal achievements).
• Salary increase: There are two evaluation timings per year. In most cases, raises are usually given once a year.
• Insurance 90% of full official salary
