• Receive requests, analyze business processes, conduct research, and propose development directions for the project, with a focus on camera-related products and their software ecosystem.
• Develop and provide user manuals and business process documentation for the software development team, including materials such as the Feature List, SRS (Software Requirement Specification), Use Case specifications, and prototype interface designs.
• Participate in product planning activities, including defining product roadmaps, aligning feature priorities with business goals, and supporting release planning efforts.
• Coordinate with QA and Development teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and quality of requirements.
• Perform software testing, verify features, and business processes to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
• Create training materials and provide training on new features for relevant stakeholders.
• Collect information, write documentation, manage requirements, organize meetings, assess feasibility/suitability, and act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.
• Provide user guidance and support for product usage, and troubleshoot issues when problems arise.
• Review user feedback and propose appropriate solutions.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis for industry-specific software solution projects, with at least 5 years in a team lead/managerial role.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and design systems using UML and Workflow.
• Proficient in drawing ERD, DFD diagrams, and documenting data analysis.
• Strong skills in gathering and analyzing requirements from business teams and end-users.
• Planning, tracking, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
