Mô tả công việc

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyze business needs.
  • Act as an intermediary between non-technical users and development teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
  • Support multilingual communication (Korean/English), including interpretation during meetings and translation of documents.
  • Develop clear and structured documentation such as functional specifications and user requirements.
  • Participate in solution discussions and assist in validating deliverables through testing activities.
  • Monitor project progress, follow up on tasks, and coordinate across teams to meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with distributed teams in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose improvements to processes or systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Korean (advanced level) and able to communicate in English for work purposes.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, QA, project coordination, or similar roles in IT environments.
  • Familiar with working alongside software engineers or product teams.
  • Experience in requirement documentation, task tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical perspectives.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to system design or software testing processes.
  • Experience working in international or cross-functional teams.
  • Background in translation or interpretation within a professional setting.
