Business Analyst (Japanese N2)

• Understanding, Analyze, verify requirements, and considering both business and technical engineering.
• Write requirements specifications, business processes, technical documentation...
• Translate and transmit to the Dev team
• Communicate, work with the team to solve the requirements and come up with solutions
• Perform test Unit and support customer test UAT
• Manage and check progress to ensure delivery with high quality
• Surely carry out the requested job
• Grasp requested tasks by yourself and execute them without fail.

Job Requirement

Must have

• Fluency in Japanese (N2 higher level)
• Experience working with Japanese Project.
• Good internal and external communication skills,
• Knowledge of planning and delivery skills, experience at project management
• Having demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Logic thinking, high responsibility, multitasking skills and proactivity skills

Nice to have

• Interested in UI/UX design
• Good English skills
• Have knowledge of Front-end
• Used to live and work in Japan
• 2-3 years experience in IT Development field
