• Analyze customer requirements and make recommendations for specifications.
• Manage project progress to ensure efficient team collaboration, with a focus on client control.
• Creating specifications in both Japanese and English.
• Creating specifications in both Japanese and English.
• Develop strong client relationships using Japanese.
• Communicate understood specifications to Vietnamese developers. 
• Establish project timeline and manage its progress to assist the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• JLPT N2/N1 (proficient in speaking fluently and logically).
• Familiarity with the development process of both apps and web services.
• Experience in carrying out tasks in a difficult environment.
• Expert in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
• Have teamwork skills.

Skills/Experience:

• Have been involved in the development of apps and web services
• Have problem-solving, leadership, and time-management skills
• Experience in working together with Japanese clients
• Experience in training juniors

• Salary is adjusted twice a year, basing on performance review.
