Mô tả công việc

  • Work together with business users from Indonesia and Thailand to gather and clarify their requirements.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the planning of tests and the consolidation of results.
  • Create regular operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and provide updates for all stakeholders involved.
  • Facilitate daily communication between Vietnamese teams and the Korean IT/business teams.
  • Monitor and track the status of IT issues, development timelines, and deployment schedules.
  • Assist with requests for system enhancements and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Provide translation and interpretation support (Korean ↔ Vietnamese, Korean ↔ English).
  • Contribute to customer relationship management by tracking issues, preparing response reports, and assisting with FAQs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Korean and Vietnamese, both written and spoken (TOPIK Level 5+ or equivalent preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Able to use English for writing and speaking for technical and business-related documents.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a IT Comtor, Tester, IT Project Coordinator, or similar role
  • Familiarity with working alongside software developers
  • Experience using project management tools like Redmine or similar
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills across multicultural teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and documentation abilities
