Business Analyst

• Engage in outsourcing IT software projects, primarily during the development phase or earlier, focusing on mobile, web, or platform development.
• Create technical analytical design documents tailored to the client's requirements.
• Work with a PM (and a communicator, if needed) to understand the client's needs, business models, and market conditions.
• Technically analyze these insights to visualize and document the implementation before development begins.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure a unified understanding of the project goals.
• Promote effective communication and cooperation between business users and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to demonstrate a solid technical foundation is essential.
• Must have 2 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role within the software development industry.
• Ability to independently produce documents such as Wireframes, Screenflows, Sequence diagrams, Basic designs, and Detailed designs.

Advanced Skills (plus points):

• Experience with offshore outsourcing projects is advantageous.
• A solid grasp of project management methodologies is beneficial.
• Proficiency in a second language (either English or Japanese) is a plus.
