• Comprehend the objectives and values of the Company's solutions to execute tasks that align with common goals.
• Engage with system users to fully understand their requirements and the market needs.
• Collaborate and communicate with the team to ensure a shared understanding of customer and market information, allowing the team to propose solutions and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Create, write, update, adjust, and manage documentation use during task execution.
• Conduct direct product testing before delivering to customers or other departments.
• Understand the market, develop and launch products, measure and improve them, and make necessary adjustments in technology, operations, sales, and deployment.
