• Facilitate communication between the customer and the offshore team.
• Conduct requirement gathering and analysis, and propose solutions.
• Create and review basic design, detailed design, and test design documents, including in Japanese if necessary.
• Review deliverables from the offshore team as needed.
• Assist the project manager with project scope, estimation, planning, and monitoring and controlling activities.
• Support UAT testing and verify bugs/issues.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese at N2 level or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in participating in tasks such as requirement gathering and analysis, basic design, and detailed design.
• Experience with at least one of the following technology stacks or platforms: Web application (Java, C#, PHP, Front-end languages), Mobile application (Android, iOS), Embedded (C/C++), Salesforce, SAP, RPA, C++, etc.
