• Understand and accurately convey project requirements and specifications to the team

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from universities with majors in IT/Information Mathematics
• Over 3 years of experience in web system development, preferably using PHP
• Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycles (starting from requirement gathering)
• At least 1 year of experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) for software projects with Japanese clients
• Fluent in Japanese communication, equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher; experience studying or working in Japan is a plus
• Ability to self-learn new technologies and techniques
• Passionate about Japanese culture and willing to work long-term in Japan
• Careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
