Bridge Software Engineer (Japanese Native)

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with overseas headquarters and international clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support and facilitate software development projects, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Assist Project Managers and Project Leaders with planning, monitoring, and day-to-day project-related tasks.
• Contribute to maintaining project progress, documentation, and cross-team alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Web-based or open-system software development, regardless of programming language.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across different counterparts and cultures.
• Experience in offshore or nearshore software development projects is an advantage.
• Overseas exposure through work, study, or a strong willingness to work abroad is preferred.
