Bridge Software Engineer

The primary requirement for this position is to provide both remote and on-site IT support and assist in solving IT issues.

You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the IT systems, networks and overall infrastructure internally, which are primarily cloud-based.

More specific duties are highlighted below:

- Provide IT support via phone and email technical requests;

- Build and maintaining client documentation;

- Perform computer/server/system maintenance;

- Assist Senior Engineers with project tasks.

You will be a team player with excellent communication skills that takes pride in technical troubleshooting and delivering first rate customer service.

- All round IT systems & support;

- Microsoft Office 365;

- Common Software Applications support;

- Computer Hardware, printers and peripherals;

- Windows Server 2008-2019 knowledge;

- Active Directory;

- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.

Education level:

- Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications;

- Fluently in English.

Working experience:

- Have experience (at least 2 years) in IT customer service;

- Have experience managing, operating, troubleshooting application and system;

- Have experience in working with speaking English customers is an advantage.

Soft skills:

- Hardworking and willing to learn new things;

- Strong High level of document skills (MS Office, MS Project…);

- Have Problem-solving skill;

- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team;

- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients; - Team player, well organized, client focused and results oriented approach.

- Working time: 8:30 - 17:30, Monday - Friday.

- Probationary work with 100% official salary, 16 days of leave / year
