• Brand Strategy Development: Develop both short-term and long-term brand strategies to enhance brand value and market recognition.
• Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize 360-degree and IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) campaigns, including digital, ATL (Above-the-Line), and BTL (Below-the-Line) activities to promote the brand.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and study competitors to build effective brand strategies.
• Brand Content Creation: Ensure brand messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful across all communication platforms (website, social media, advertisements, etc.).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (PR, Sales, Product, Creative) to ensure brand strategies are implemented in a synchronized and effective manner.
• Marketing Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget and monitor campaign effectiveness, ensuring desired search volume and a positive ROI (Return on Investment).
• Performance Measurement and Reporting: Track and evaluate campaign performance, generate regular reports, and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, with a preference for candidates from the FMCG, consumer goods, cosmetics, fashion, investment, or similar sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and content writing skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Fanpage Karma, Social media platforms, SEO, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive, and possesses a strategic mindset.
• A clear portfolio showcasing at least 5 brand-building or IMC projects with measurable results.
• Fluent in English (Business level), and Thai (professional level)
• Experience working with foreign partners, clients, and projects.
