Backend Lead

• Prepare low level designs for team members, in collaboration with Solution/Software Architect;
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications;
• Help to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization;
• Pro-actively provide recommendations of innovative solutions to clients’ projects;
• Lead/mentor/coach Backend Developers with best practices;
• Training & Coaching junior level, contribute on team training & study;
• Identify new backend technologies to lift up backend development practices.

• 5+ years of experience working as a Backend Developer; 
• At least 1 years of experience working as Backend Lead;
• Familiar with Agile development processes;
• Fluent in spoken and written in English;
• Strong in OOP and Design Pattern;
• Micro-service development experience;
• Experience with popular search engine frameworks: ElasticSearch, SOLR;
• DB skills (SQL/NoSQL) and performance optimization;
• Experience with horizontally scalable and highly available system design and implementation, with a focus on performance and resiliency;
• Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines;
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems;
• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus;
• Familiar with Cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure;
