What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or similar role
• 3+ years of experience in development using Python
• Proficiency in Django, fastapi, Docker, MySQL
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Clean Architecture
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Display a strong customer-centric mindset
• Ability to communicate recommendations for improvements on current systems, processes, and services as needed.
• Exhibit a strong ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or similar field
• Business level English

What Makes you Stand Out

• Master’s degree or higher on Computer Science
• Working experience or knowledge of multi cloud environment
• Working experience or knowledge of front-end stack, particularly Vue.Js
• Working experience or knowledge of Infrastructure engineering
• Experience working on digital transformation projects
• Previous management experience with SaaS companies
• Business level Japanese
