B - Senior Backend Developer (Bangkok)

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of our cutting-edge projects. You will guide and mentor a team of talented engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and maintainable backend systems and APIs.
• Develop server-side logic, define and maintain databases, and integrate third-party services.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Perform comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
• Ensure security and data protection practices are implemented and maintained.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and drive innovation within the team.
• Document development processes, system architecture, and technical decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or Golang
• Strong experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
