Associate Marketing Manager

- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events

- Planning and implementing campaigns including development of clear objectives, promotional plan and concept; working with BU & cross functional team to implement; reporting on success

- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability

- Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency

- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition businesses

- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)

- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

- A minimum of 4-5 years of marketing experience, at least one year in role with similar responsibilities

- Creative thinking, analytical thinking

- Previous experience in managing and leading teams

- Highly organized and perform well under pressure

- Experience developing a marketing strategy required

- Excellent communication with strong writing and editing skills

- Budget management skills

- Highly motivated, well-organized, self-starter, confident, strong-initiative, and ability to work with little guidance
