Job description:

  • Responsible and accountable to lead the teams to achieve company's sales and growth targets, including individual targets.
  • Understand market trends and needs, advise and implement appropriate business strategies.
  • Owns customer relationship with a view to continuous improvement.
  • Accountable for the receivables collection debt.
  • Corrective action and identify Sales risks.
  • Weekly / Monthly / Annual Report as required to General Director.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings to tactically manage sales volumes, pricing, complaints, collections etc.
  • Represents Sales during Head of Department meetings, works with other functions to resolve issues.
  • Perform other tasks required by Management Team.

Job requirements:

  • Graduated from University with majors in Business Administration, Sales, construction or relevant field.
  • Fluently in English both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office.
  • At least 5-years experience in similar position, prefer candidates having knowledge in Construction.
  • Knowledge about Sales and Services management skills.
  • Be strong in communication, people management skills, problem solving skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills,…
  • Be able to go for business trip.
