• Oversee and implement HSE activities in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
• Conduct occupational safety risk assessments and propose corrective actions.
• Guide and train employees on OSH compliance.
• Organize safety training programs to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
• Monitor, investigate, and report occupational accidents; develop preventive measures.
• Manage reports, records, and procedures related to chemical safety.
• Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Engineering.
• English communication and reporting skills; Japanese knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Careful, punctual, and detail-oriented at work.
• Strong sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, cooperation, and teamwork.
• Preferably residing in Dong Nai or nearby areas.
