AI / ML Engineer

Our client is a cutting-edge technology startup conducting research and development in the field of AI & machine learning, particularly related to computer vision applications.

They are searching for an experienced AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

In this role, you will be researching and developing AI-driven solutions that address complex challenges in construction, manufacturing, logistics, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and refine computer vision algorithms using advanced deep learning techniques tailored for real-time applications.
• Integrate and deploy machine learning models.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to define requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct extensive testing and iterative improvements to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
• Develop efficient, scalable code in Python and C++.
• Create comprehensive documentation for algorithms, system workflows, and model designs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a closely-related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with decent exposure to computer vision applications.
• Proficient in Python and C++.
• Demonstrated experience deploying ML models on hardware devices.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and modern software engineering principles.
• Fluent or near-fluent in English.
• Able to work from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. A few days remote is permissible.
