• Willingness to participate in in-person meetings with local team members

• Ability to explain complex technical content in a clear and understandable way
• Proactive problem-solving and independent prioritization of tasks
• Product and feature mindset: focus on implementation and value, not research.
• Python Ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy
• Data Processing: SQL, database design, ETL processes

• Versioning & CI/CD: Git, automated pipelines
