• Lead and mentor a top-tier team of computer vision engineers and researchers, developing strategies to foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-focused culture.
• Remain at the cutting edge of computer vision advancements, identifying emerging techniques and converting them into scalable, practical solutions.
• Define the architectural vision for our computer vision systems, ensuring they are efficient, robust, and adaptable.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to incorporate state-of-the-art computer vision features into our products and services.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, strengthening our network within the computer vision community.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on computer vision, or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 4 years of experience, including leadership in computer vision teams within research or product development settings.
• In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: object detection, image classification, image segmentation, 3D reconstruction, or generative models (such as GANs).
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• A proven track record of publishing in top-tier computer vision conferences or successfully deploying commercial computer vision systems.

• Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
