Role description

Focus: AI-powered content creation, short-form video, images and creative experimentation

What we are looking for

We want to hire a new type of creative profile into the our team. This is not simply another graphic designer or traditional video editor. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited by AI and wants to use the latest tools to create images, videos, social content and marketing creatives at scale.

The ideal person spends their own time experimenting with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana, CapCut, Canva, Adobe AI tools or whatever new creative AI product launched last week. They do not need to already be an expert in every tool. More important is that they are curious, creative, fast-moving and constantly experimenting.

We want someone who sees AI as a way to dramatically increase how much high-quality content a small team can produce.

What they will work on

The person will help us create a much larger volume of content across our marketing and seller channels, including:

• Short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social channels
• AI-generated images and creative concepts
• Product and lifestyle imagery
• Video editing and repurposing long-form content into short-form clips
• Social media creatives
• Educational content for our sellers
• Product feature and platform launch content
• Ads and performance-marketing creatives
• Thumbnails, hooks, animations and visual assets
• Turning simple briefs, scripts or ideas into finished creative content
• Creating multiple versions of content quickly so we can test what performs best
• Experimenting with new AI tools and identifying ways we can use them

A major part of the role will be asking:

"How can we produce this faster, better or at much greater scale using AI?"

The profile we want

We are particularly interested in someone who:

• Loves experimenting with AI creative tools
• Has a strong instinct for visual content
• Understands what makes short-form content engaging
• Can edit video confidently
• Can create good-looking images and graphics
• Is comfortable learning new software independently
• Moves quickly and prefers creating things rather than spending weeks planning them
• Can take a rough idea and turn it into something tangible
• Is comfortable creating many different versions and iterating based on feedback
• Keep up with new AI tools, creators and content trends
• Has good written English
• Is comfortable working with an international team

Formal qualifications are not particularly important.

We would happily consider someone early in their career if they have an impressive portfolio, personal projects or evidence that they are constantly experimenting and creating.

What would make someone stand out

We would love candidates who can show examples of things they have created using AI.

For example:

• AI-generated product advertisements
• Short-form videos
• AI-generated video
• Creative image campaigns
• Product photography created or enhanced with AI
• Social media content
• Interesting experiments using generative AI
• Before/after examples showing how AI improved their workflow
• Personal TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or other creator projects

How this role fits into the team

• We already have designers. This role is intended to add a different capability to the team.
• We want someone who combines: Creative instinct + AI experimentation + content production + speed.
• They will work alongside our existing designers and marketing team, helping us produce significantly more content without requiring the creative team to grow at the same rate.
• Over time, we want this person to become our internal expert on how AI can transform creative production

• Working type: Remote or Hybrid working if you want to work at Hanoi office
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (VN timezone)
