We’re looking for a creative and data-savvy Acquisition Strategist to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive qualified leads and new clients to Vibe Branding. You’ll work across paid, organic, and outbound channels to attract the right businesses at the right time—turning strategy into real, measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement full-funnel acquisition strategies across digital channels
• Research and segment audiences based on buyer personas and market opportunities
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to launch lead-gen campaigns
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels and landing pages
• Use analytics tools to track performance and suggest improvements
• Test new platforms, outreach strategies, and messaging angles
• Report weekly on campaign KPIs (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, etc.)

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years in growth marketing, digital strategy, or acquisition roles
• Proven track record of generating leads for service-based or agency businesses
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong copywriting and conversion strategy skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
• Experience running paid and organic campaigns is a must
