Mô tả công việc

Project Management:

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of high quality services;
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources;
  • Provide updates on project status and milestones.

Client communication:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, and facilitate communication to address project requirements;
  • Ensure clients' expectations are met.

Account growth:

  • Grow the account(s) in in value, profitability and size
  • Conduct activation of existing users and acquisition of non-users within the account(s)

Team management:

  • Lead and motivate project teams;
  • Assign tasks based on team resources and monitor team performance.

Corporate & Operational Support:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement;
  • Support ad-hoc corporate tasks if any


Requirements:

  • Work experience in consulting firm/corporate sales/headhunting industry;
  • Team management.

Nice to have:

  • Project management experience in English;
  • Experience working at a startup;
  • Management involved in starting up the business.
