I.Accounting

• Issue sales invoice
• Collect and verify purchase invoices, proceed with payment to supplier, payroll, and tax payment.
• Manage cash book (if any) and bank account. Control accounts receivable/payable
• Coordinate with outsourcing accounting company
• Inventory and cash management

II.HR 

• Prepare, renew, terminate labour contract and manage employee list’s information
• Attendance & shift management
• Support hiring for new members

III.GA

• Purchase office stuff and manage company equipment
• Preparing contract/documentation
• Support Japanese members’ licenses and legal documents
• Support communication with Vietnamese governments

IV.Others

• Communicate with Japan corporate team
• Prepare report documents to Directors (if any)
• Support translation or interpretation (if any) 
• Deal with complaints initially (if any) 

Requirements:

Must Have

• Graduated from University, majoring in economics, and accounting.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of accounting
• At least 1 years experience in GA/HR/Accounting related fields
• Business level or upper English communication skill (TOEIC Score 600 or above)
• Computer skills such as Excel are must

Nice to Have:

• Hospital or store management experience
• Worked at Japanese or International companies and experience
• Japanese proficiency (N5 or higher)
