Account Manager (IT)

• Expand the market, identify and develop potential customers.
• Survey customer needs, build business solutions/proposals, participate in presentations, and demonstrate solution capabilities.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and customers, calculate revenue and profit.
• Manage the business opportunity pipeline, consolidate information, supervise, and coordinate projects.
• Participate in bidding document preparation, develop implementation plans, and monitor progress.
• Negotiate terms and sign contracts.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships & provide after-sales support.
• Research market information, customers, competitors, solution trends, and legal regulations.
• Support other Sales Department activities when required.

Requirements:

• College/University degree (preferably in IT, Telecommunications, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields).
• At least 1 year of experience in IT or business.
• Preferably with knowledge of B2B technology products/services.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication and networking skills; teamwork, organizational, and effective work management abilities.
