1/ Key Focus Areas and Responsibilities
Support the Certifications business by coordinating and structuring training programs within the LMS, ensuring accessibility, alignment with business needs, and compliance requirements. While content creation remains with the business, this role advises on course organization, learning pathways, and best practices to enhance training effectiveness and accessibility.
*Training Coordination & Support
- Serve as a dedicated resource within the Global Academy for the Certifications business, structuring and managing training courses and learning pathways.
- Support 30–40 scheme managers and stakeholders in coordinating training programs and ensuring training requirements are met.
- Provide guidance on course structuring and learning frameworks to ensure training materials developed by scheme managers align with effective learning principles.
- Assist with scheduling, tracking, and managing training programs to improve efficiency and minimize duplication across offices.
- Ensure training records and qualifications are accurately maintained for compliance and verification.
*LMS & Content Management
- Oversee the integration and organization of training programs within the LMS, ensuring courses are structured, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Provide input on course organization and learning pathways to enhance training effectiveness, while content development remains outside the scope of this role.
- Support scheme managers in structuring content within the LMS, ensuring accessibility and alignment with adult learning principles.
- Provide LMS support to users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth navigation.
*Quality Assurance & Learning Advisory
- Monitor and review training programs to ensure they follow best practices in adult learning while maintaining the integrity of content created by the business.
- Advise scheme managers on effective course structuring, including modular learning approaches for better engagement and impact.
- Support the development of standardized templates and frameworks to guide the Certifications business in creating high-quality training materials.
*Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Certifications business to ensure training programs meet business needs.
- Act as a liaison between the Global Academy and the Certifications business, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment.
- Facilitate feedback loops and reporting mechanisms to assess training impact and drive improvements.
*Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training accessibility, engagement, and completion rates within the Certifications business.
- Conduct quarterly reviews to assess the impact of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Provide insights on training trends and challenges to support future learning strategies.
2/ Qualifications and experience
*Education & Skills
- Degree or formal qualification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Strong knowledge of learning and development practices and LMS platforms.
*Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Learning & Development (L&D) team, with exposure to instructional design, content development, and training coordination.
- Experience supporting training programs in a corporate, professional services, or compliance-driven environment (e.g., Certifications, Auditing, TIC sector).
- Project management experience related to training initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in LMS administration (experience with Absorb LMS or similar is essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning tools.
- Familiarity with certification training or auditor training is a plus.
