Role Overview:

• A Product Manager is needed to lead a team of Product Owners and drive the strategy and execution of digital products.
• This role reports to the Head of Product Strategy and is responsible for bridging high-level roadmap planning with squad-level delivery, aligning design, technology, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Product Owners, ensuring clarity in priorities and product vision.
• Define and manage product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with designers, Tech Product Owners, and engineering teams to create seamless digital experiences.
• Align stakeholders to converge on customer needs, business goals, and tech feasibility.
• Drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in digital product management.
• Strong leadership in managing multiple Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in Agile & Lean delivery.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution.
• Fluent English

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale enterprise or multi-market digital product delivery.
• Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback loops.

• Fully remote working (Vietnam time zone)
• Type of contract: contractor (6months) and renewable
• Salary: Net salary (PIT will be covered by the company)
