About the role

We are looking for a UX/UI designer to join a remote product team. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design intuitive and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

This position requires strong hands-on skills in Figma and the ability to communicate fluently in English within an international team.

Responsibilities

• Convert low-fidelity wireframes and product requirements into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Use Figma to design with components, apply design systems, and maintain visual consistency.
• Support usability testing and internal stakeholder reviews with interactive prototypes.
• Ensure designs are responsive and follow best practices for web and mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to hand off design files clearly and support the implementation process.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web or mobile).
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and auto layout.
• Good understanding of UX principles: layout hierarchy, user flows, accessibility basics.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and product stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and final UI work.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or product-led team.
• Familiarity with Agile development and remote collaboration tools.

PORFOLIO:

• We need to have a portfolio, a single link of pdf file in which we see the case studies of projects. This because opening too many links is confusing and normally are in behance where we cannot see the figma files.
• Figma files must be shown on the portfolios or accessible with link. This because for us it’s important to understand if they work with tokens, components and developer documentation. As well as seeing the organization of the files as we need to see how organized and structured is this person.
