We are young and dynamic POD company with B2C product mainly at Ecommerce platforms: Shopify, Teechip,… Our vision is to integrate more in ecommerce world with a view to build our own brand in POD playground, connect with more customers around the world and bring the best experience to them.

The company is growing rapidly due to a massive increase in sales and now require someone with ideas and knowledge to provide outstanding customer experience through every facet. We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to take our brand to the next level.

Who are we looking for?

You will have an opportunity for joining and developing a scaling ecommerce business.

This is an open position for Junior to Senior level, working directly to the CTO & CEO, with responsibility for putting standards and practices in place within an unlimited chance to show off your aesthetics as well as logical thinking.

What will you do?

- Research modern trends about design application especially worldwide ecommerce site.

- Design Systems: Help us build an internal product style guide: Standardized components and libraries will allow us to increase our velocity in experimentation to better serve our customers

- Interface Design & Growth Experimentation: Bring ecommerce UX’s best practices in building & running experiments that can drive customer acquisition, retention, overall satisfaction

What should you have?

- Good eyes for visual design and hands on experience in user interface design.

- Strong understanding of ecommerce UX best practices

-  A mobile-first mindset and ability to design responsive interfaces & interactions across devices and screen sizes

- Familiar with data and able to identify problem areas, further map out user journey and break these problems into smaller chunks.

- Able to communicate well with teams to present your design ideas and decisions clearly

- Nice to have an understanding of CSS and technical design implementation
