The Role:
We’re seeking a UX/UI Expert Designer with strong Shopify implementation skills to join our growing creative and performance team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of user-centered design and e-commerce optimization, capable of transforming ideas into functional, visually stunning experiences that convert.

Responsibilities
· Design high-converting landing pages, PDPs, and quiz-based advertorials using Figma and Instant.
· Translate UX strategy into beautiful, intuitive interfaces optimized for conversion.
· Implement and adjust designs within Shopify, including sections, templates, and metafields.
· Collaborate with the Instant and dev teams to launch and optimize Instant Cart Drawers and ensure functional parity across all devices.
· Review and fix design, layout, or functionality issues prior to launch.
· Conduct UX audits and recommend data-driven design improvements.
· Lead A/B testing and performance tracking for landing pages and PDP variations.
· Create, maintain, and optimize design systems and reusable Figma components for cross-project consistency.
· Collaborate with the CRO and marketing teams to ensure all designs align with performance and brand goals.
· Support campaign teams with Meta ad creative visuals, email layouts, and onboarding flows when required.
About You
· Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on e-commerce.
· Advanced skills in Figma (auto-layout, prototyping, design systems, and responsive design).
· Strong experience with Shopify, including theme structure, PDP implementation, and variant setup.
· Comfortable using Instant, LanderLab, or similar funnel/landing page tools.
· Deep understanding of CRO principles, A/B testing, and conversion funnels.
· Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and development teams.
· A portfolio showcasing Shopify stores, landing pages, and PDPs that balance aesthetics and performance.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to create designs that directly impact revenue.
