We are looking for an enthusiastic and cooperative Offline Chinese Language Assistant Teacher to join our innovative dual-teacher program team. This role requires close collaboration with a certified online Chinese teacher to deliver engaging and effective Chinese learning experiences for students (K-12/Adults). The offline teacher will support teaching, manage students, and provide essential language and cultural guidance in the classroom, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive offline Chinese lessons for students.
• Collaborate with the online Chinese teacher to guide students through classroom activities, answer questions, and provide cultural context in Vietnamese.
• Assist in teaching Pinyin, basic vocabulary, sentence structures, and Chinese culture through project-based learning (PBL) activities.
• Monitor and assess students’ learning progress, offering encouragement and additional support as needed.
• Create a fun and supportive learning environment to motivate students and boost their confidence in learning Chinese.

Requirements

Language Skills

• Basic proficiency in Chinese with the ability to explain foundational concepts clearly.
• Fluency in Vietnamese with strong communication skills.

Teaching Experience

• Prior teaching experience is preferred.

Personality Traits

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and patient, with a passion for engaging with others.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and team members.
