Mô tả công việc

To be in charge of each project as a project leader.
Develop skills of staffs by conducting internal training etc. together with Japanese Tax specialist members as well as Vietnamese colleagues.
Instruct subordinates to let them perform procedures for preparing each report.
Control staff assignment and monitor the progress of each project.
Conduct external seminars regarding TP topics together with seminar PIC.
Participate in business development efforts including assisting with the evaluation of new business opportunities and proposal preparation.

A bachelor's degree, preferably with a degree in Economics, Law, Tax, Accounting, Finance
Over 5 years of experience in the Transfer Pricing area.
Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced excel, word and reporting skills.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Dedicated, innovative, and able to work under pressure.
Fluently in written & spoken English and Vietnamese.
Good experience in staff/assignment management.
