• Responsible for overseeing the daily functions of agents in a training classroom environment, including tracking learners' progress throughout the training period, and providing guidance, developmental feedback, and readiness recommendations.
• Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, including innovative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning methods, through various training delivery formats in a classroom setting.
• Prepare and deliver training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
• Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
• Support and collaborate with the Operations Department to transition agents from the training environment to the production environment, ensuring competency levels meet business needs (when required).
• Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by handling calls, attending client and cross-functional meetings (as needed), and conducting side-by-side observations.
• Ensure effective and consistent communication with managers, colleagues, and other resource teams, including daily informal interactions with clients.
• Participate in and contribute to a continuous learning culture by staying engaged in change management, product and service releases, policies, processes, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales team training with 2-3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (communication, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
