We are seeking a skilled Functional Developer to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following modules: Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Retail. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Business Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Dynamics 365 implementations.

• System Configuration: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to align with business processes.

• Solution Design: Design and develop functional solutions within Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

• User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.

• Data Migration: Conduct data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Documentation: Document configurations, customizations, and technical specifications.

• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, or Retail modules.

• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in the relevant modules.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
