Mô tả công việc

Coordinating and managing tenants, managing all operations and facilities for the mall project
Finding and working with service providers, purchasing, and quality control of suppliers (cleaning, security, landscaping, ...)
Control revenue and balance costs
Analyze the current tenant's operation situation and propose improvement plans.
Handling tenant complaints and service requests
Support running marketing plans and promotion plans for projects
Other duties as assigned

Male/Female from 26 years old
Leasing/Operation for mall
Worked at least 3 years at the latest company
Experiencein operating the commercial project/ mall
