Technical Project Manager

• Develop project plans, allocate tasks to team members, determine resource needs, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Oversee day-to-day project management from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to the client’s delivery processes to maintain consistently high-quality outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, reporting any issues to minimize their impact.
• Propose and communicate delivery process enhancements to team members and leadership, fostering continuous improvement within the Delivery Organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience, with a background in software development before transitioning to technical project management.
• Proven experience in deploying large-scale systems with strong technical expertise, especially in mobile and web application development, system integration, quality assurance, and managing product releases and support.
• Ability to develop project/product plans and manage individual deadlines and goals.
• Experience working with a diverse range of clients and end-users.
• Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to effectively operate in an international setting.
