Technical Leader (Japanese)

• Develop plans and conduct technical research for medium-sized projects.
• Assist the Manager in reporting project status.
• Understand, analyze, and update project-related information (e.g., project initiation, execution process, project closure, or addressing arising requirements/issues).
• Have a clear understanding of the team's work manage work progress, and project management, and participate in reporting meetings with the Japanese team.
• Implement projects using Agile methodologies.
• Conduct training for project team members.

Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in the Tech Lead position.
• Equivalent to the N3 level in the Japanese language.
• Have 3-4 years of experience working in similar positions at IT companies, using technologies such as Vue.js, Flutter, and AWS API Gateway (Python).
• Have experience in coding and reviewing test results.
• Effectively apply language skills and technical methods to assigned tasks and team activities.
• Possess good time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, enjoying facing new challenges.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage for candidates.
