Technical Leader

• Lead technical design, architecture, and development across backend and frontend systems
• Act as the main technical point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and solution alignment
• Collaborate with international clients in English (meetings, presentations, discussions)
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure code quality and continuous improvement
• Review architecture and code to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Identify technical risks, propose solutions, and proactively resolve blockers
• Drive best practices in engineering, coding standards, and development processes
• Work closely with PMs, QAs, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and release readiness
• Contribute hands-on to complex technical tasks when needed
• Leverage modern tools and AI-assisted solutions to improve productivity

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in each of the following technologies: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Strong experience in both backend and frontend development
• Proven experience as a Team Lead and/or Technical Lead
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Fluent English communication, able to lead technical discussions directly with international customers

Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable application development

• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, etc.)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to mentor developers and drive technical improvements within the team
• Experience working in outsourcing or multi-project environments is preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Experience working with high-scale or enterprise systems
• Ability to support pre-sales activities or technical proposal discussions with customers
