Technical Consultant (Japanese Native)

• Leading the team for in-house system development and offshore development with technology.
• Utilizing your programming and development knowledge
• Negotiating with clients and promote/supervise projects in collaboration with Vietnamese engineers.
• Expanding your own potential by experiencing various projects while making use of your knowledge of your area of ​​expertise.
• Entrusting it with discretionary work such as management assistance and business / organizational strategy.
• Contract development product planning, requirement definition, basic design, detailed design, development, evaluation of in-house developed products
• Support and consulting for clients who have problems with the quality of offshore development
• Negotiation/coordination work with Japanese headquarters and clients
• Supporting for team member management and technical skill improvement

Must to have:

• Over 3 years of development experience using object-oriented languages.
• Cloud server construction experience.
• Communication skills in English (the level where there is no problem in communicating with non-Japanese developers)

Nice to have:

• Obtaining a degree in information engineering or related
• Agile development experience
• Project management experience
• Web development experience
• System requirement definition, detailed design experience
• Customer's expected value control skill
• Offshore development experience
• English (business level or above) / Vietnamese is a plus
• More than 1 year of experience in corporate customer negotiations such as corporate sales and customer success.
