Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' musculoskeletal conditions using advanced diagnostic skills and manual therapy techniques to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform advanced manual therapy interventions, including joint mobilization, manipulation, soft tissue techniques, and neuromuscular re-education, to address complex musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
- Educate clients on their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies, fostering active participation in their recovery and long-term wellness.
- Provide guidance and supervision to Level 1 & 2 practitioners, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and clinical protocols for optimal client outcomes.
Practice Management Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, client intake, billing, and administrative tasks, to ensure smooth and efficient clinic workflow.
- Manage clinic resources, including equipment, supplies, and inventory, to support clinical operations and maintain high standards of care.
- Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements, privacy standards, and infection control protocols.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients at every touchpoint.
Team Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Level 1 & 2 practitioners, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with clinic objectives, address any concerns, and celebrate achievements.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect among clinic staff.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and integrated patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a relevant field such as physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, or advanced massage therapy.
- Registration or accreditation with a relevant professional body or associations.
- First aid certification, CPR training and up-to-date professional indemnity insurance.
- Advanced proficiency in Evolve Therapy including the ability to assess and treat complex musculoskeletal conditions and dysfunctions.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and pathophysiology to inform clinical reasoning and treatment planning.
- Strong diagnostic skills to assess clients' conditions through comprehensive physical assessments, orthopedic testing, and functional movement analysis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team toward shared goals.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessment findings and client goals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in practice management tasks, including scheduling, billing, and administrative operations.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients on their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies, as well as to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
