Team Leader (Japanese)

• Develop plans and technical research for medium-sized projects (5~7 members).
• Assist the Manager in reporting the project status.
• Understand, analyze, and update project-related information (e.g., project initiation, execution, closure, or when additional requests/issues arise).
• Monitor work progress, manage project timelines, and report to the team in Japan.
• Projects are operated following the Agile methodology.
• Train and guide team members within the project.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Team Leader position.
• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N3 or higher.
• 3-4 years of experience working in a similar role in IT companies, with experience in technologies such as Vue.js, Flutter, AWS API Gateway (Python), etc.
• Experience in coding and reviewing test results.
• Effectively apply technical skills, methods, and language abilities to the assigned work and team tasks.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a preference for facing new challenges.
• English language proficiency is an advantage.
