You will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of content creators, help them to grow and constantly improve their monetization performance including but not limited to following tasks:

• Manage and support a portfolio of content creators via chat, email, and online meetings.
• Monitor creator performance on the our dashboard and recommend ways to boost earnings.
• Guide creators in using our features: donations, memberships, digital store, etc.
• Onboard and activate creators for campaigns and new platform features.
• Respond to support tickets and help with customer service during assigned shifts.
• Share feedback from creators with the product team to improve the platform.
• Other assigned tasks by the CM

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in the Creator industry, such as working with Cosplayers, Livestreamers, YouTubers, Gamers, Lifestyle Influencers etc
• Understand the creator economy and its monetization models (donations, memberships, digital content etc)
• English fluent
