Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Quality Management:
- Develop and implement supplier quality management processes to ensure the reliability and consistency of materials supplied by vendors.
- Conduct supplier audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Incoming Material Inspection:
- Establish and implement incoming material inspection procedures to verify the quality and conformance of materials received from suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality issues related to incoming materials.
Quality Standards and Compliance:
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure adherence to BOE's quality standards and specifications.
- Communicate quality requirements to suppliers and provide guidance on quality improvement initiatives.
Root Cause Analysis:
- Investigate and analyze quality issues related to incoming materials, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address and prevent recurring quality issues.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with suppliers to enhance the overall quality of supplied materials.
- Implement best practices and quality improvement projects within the supply chain.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of supplier evaluations, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports on supplier quality performance for management review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure alignment on quality requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical support to suppliers to assist them in meeting BOE's quality expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the machine industry, specifically in structural parts and electronic materials.
- Ability to independently handle factory issues and track the closed loop.
- Proficient in managing suppliers using quality tools and improving supplier incoming quality.
- Capable of guiding the local operations center (LOC) to enhance inspection ability.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese is required, and proficiency in English is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
