Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.
Propose items to buy (style, type, design, quantity, etc) based on review and budget.
Follow closely sales seasons, events, new arrivals of the market to optimize stock level.
Prepare analytical reports, presentation of the brand when needed frequency.
Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
Build strategic business plans to sell goods to hit the targets.
Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
Work closely with operation in order to receive new shipments.
For retail: Manage product allocation to stores, and monitoring item replenishment in order to ensure products availability in stores.
Master file management.
Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Other: Support global procurement initiatives and deliver solutions to improve and streamline the processes.
More than 3-year experience in international merchandising/ procurement.
Working experience in Fashion / Sport Retail industry is must.
Knowledgeable in development and execution of procurement and procedures to a high standard as well as a basic knowledge of supplier relationship management process.
Good listening, presentation in both Vietnamese and English.
Effective communication and interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external and internal. Commitment and result driven are definitely a plus.
