We work with government agencies and companies of all sizes to create innovative products and new business opportunities. We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDEs) to expand market share, and increase the sale revenue.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive sales growth in the IT sector. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and closing high-value B2B deals in software development, tech solutions, or IT services.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and engage new clients in target markets (local and international).
• Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation, pitch, proposal, to closing.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions or services.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pricing structures.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other lead-generation activities.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales or technology business development.
• Strong understanding of IT products, software development, or tech outsourcing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
• Comfortable working with international clients across different time zones.
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• Previous experience working in IT outsourcing or tech consulting firms.
• Existing client network in key markets (e.g., US, EU, APAC) is highly desirable.
