• Study the users for Insight, Behaviors, Needs and Problems. Understand product concept and competitors in the market
• Create the design solutions that not only solves user needs but also matches with the business goal & product strategy
• Shaping and improving user experiences through product usability & aesthetic appeal Ensure and check that the final product is the same as it was designed & keeping improving the solution
• Stay aligned with the purpose and working way; contributing your expertise and know-how in a cross-functional team

• 3+ years of profession experience designing products across web & mobile app; 
• Strong portfolio of your best work;
• Have desire to build web and mobile products with optimal user experience;
• Have solid understanding of best practices and contemporary design patterns, together with diverse design toolsets ;
• Passionate about user experience but still know how to incorporate business considerations into your design goals;
• Curious and strive to turn users’ feedback into insights and new ideas.
