Senior UI/UX Designer

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitor products, both domestic and international, as well as best practices in UX across similar or related industries.
• Collaborate directly with Product Owners (POs) and Product Managers (PMs) to fully grasp the requirements, asking detailed questions to ensure complete understanding.
• Work closely with relevant departments (Product, Development, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) to propose solutions or select the most appropriate design options. Test product outputs with the development team to ensure high quality.
• Present and explain work requirements to developers, gather feedback, and update tasks for POs/PMs.
• Design user interfaces for apps, websites, landing pages, and other products based on user-friendly, user-centered principles.
• Create design documents including personas, journey maps, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes.
• Develop and manage the Design System and Design Tokens.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends through ongoing research.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design. Preference given to candidates who have been involved in designing at least one product from concept to user delivery.
• Strong understanding and expertise in creating and implementing UX designs.
• Ability to innovate and enhance designs, translating business needs into practical and effective solutions.
• Proficient in Figma with experience in working with Design Systems. Additional proficiency in other design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus.
• Skills in product tracking using Google Analytics and Firebase are advantageous.
• Strong product thinking, presentation skills, teamwork, communication abilities, and a professional demeanor. Able to work independently, be proactive, and adapt to new situations.
• Willingness to face challenges, learn new things, and stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or experience in related fields is a plus.
